Service Agreement
By using Xclusive Agency services, you agree to these terms. Our services include social media management, content strategy, and marketing consultation for content creators.
30-Day Test Period
All new clients begin with a mandatory 30-day test period. During this time, either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days' notice. Our New Creator Guarantee applies during this period.
Payment Terms
- Package pricing: Monthly payments due in advance
- Percentage model: Fees calculated monthly on net earnings
- No setup fees or hidden charges
- Refunds available per our guarantee terms
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain platform compliance
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Respect content creation boundaries
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your content and intellectual property. We do not claim rights to your creative work or earnings.
Termination
After the initial 30-day period, either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We do not use lock-in contracts or exclusivity clauses.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for platform policy changes or account suspensions beyond our control.
